Gold Medalist Shifu Donna Oliver, M.Q.T. has trained in Chinese internal martial arts, meditation, and qigong since 1988 with Master Shifu Andy James, and other well-known Masters, as well as having studied in China.

Shifu has earned 19 Gold Medals in Canada, the U.S. and Pan Am Games competitions from 1991-1999, with a special talent for push hands. In 1996 she won the U.S. National Grand Champion Push Hands Gold Cup.
